There was also the Cloud…..

Sometimes you have to pass through the cloud- other times you pass through the fire. There wasn’t just fire with God- there was the cloud. And we have to admit, when it’s cloudy, we can’t see everything because the cloud is covering up the light. Sometimes we have to walk by faith, and not by sight- we have to trust that where God is leading us is the right way. God covers what He needs to only to unfold the picture when He is ready for us to see everything in it. You might be passing through the cloud of God’s glory, and not even know it. You’re afraid and trembling, but you’re holding on to God with all your heart. And in His hand, you are safe even if you can’t see because of passing through the cloud. But, one thing is certain when God gets you through the wilderness- you’ll step into the promised land. And you will be blessed with the inheritance the Holy Spirit has prepared for you by Christ, our Savior, and you will see the All-consuming fire devour the wicked who tried to kill you unjustly and cause you to lose your inheritance and place in God. Nothing is greater than our Heavenly Father, and nothing can snatch you out of His hand when you are being held by Christ in the Spirit, because you are chosen to walk with Him and bear His name, and shine forth the light of God’s goodness to the world around you. Praise Him and thank Him- He will not let you down!
