When I Stand

 I was washed up in emotions

Even lost into my dreams

I was lost inside a trashcan

My life was thrown out with other things

 

But there is one thing that I heard

Lying on the ground,

“Stand up for your redemption

Today you have been found”

 

Now I know I’m something

I’m more than just a dream

When I stand up every morning

This is what I’ll sing

 

When I stand

I’m amazed

I’m ablaze

Nothing’s going to take Him down

 

And I’ll fight

Till the end

All for Him

All I want to do is stand for Him

 

Now the world is watching

Waiting for a fall

But there is one thing I am certain of

He will hear me when I call

 

I will stand up in believing

Preaching in His Name

“Christ is my redemption

My life is not the same”

 

Now I know He’s something

Greater than my dreams

When I stand up before the enemy

This is what I’ll sing

 

When I stand

I’m amazed

I’m ablaze

Nothing’s going to take Him down

 

And I’ll fight

Till the end

All for Him

All I want to do is stand for Him

 

Stand up and proclaim

The Power of Jesus Name

Holy and triumphant

 

And when you stand in Him

True faith will begin
